EUROARMS of America and Euroarms Italia, SRL are one and the same. Euroarms of America was Euroarms Italia,'s import and distribution company. Euroarms Italia, SRL was the Italian manufacturer branch opening in 1957 by Luciano Armadi, and eventually became the parent company of Armi San Paolo in 2002. On the manufacturing side, the logo usually present on the weapons is the first three letters of the name of the founders of Euroarms and Armi San Paolo, Grassi, Doninelli, and Gazzola: DGG, contained in a circle or without the circle. The mark "EUROARMS" is often also struck in full on the barrel either with "BRESCIA ITALY" or "OF AMERICA". In 2011, Euroarms closed the factory doors and sold all of their black powder parts and tooling to Pedersoli who in turn sold all the parts off to various dealers around the world.
